Dupont Towns

Distinctly different urban towns

Our Vision

The Annex exists in rarefied air, among Toronto’s most desired neighbourhoods in the downtown core.

The area is teeming with life, featuring a textbook mix of residential and commercial activity that former Annex resident and world-famous urbanist Jane Jacobs would be delighted to call home today. Along Bloor and Dupont streets, residents can experience an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The area also features Toronto’s world-famous Culture Corridor, including the ROM, Bata Shoe Museum, Gardiner Museum and Hot Docs Cinema.

Dupont Towns gives residents easy access to all the area’s vast lifestyle and cultural amenities and is just a 4-minute walk to Dupont Subway Station, while providing a calm and quiet retreat away from the neighbourhood’s non-stop nightlife culture. The community features a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom townhome designs with high-end features and finishes, and rooftop patios with luxurious city views. In an effort to maximize living space, Dupont Towns has been designed with underground parking.
